Beyond the required safety and training courses, Hyline Utility utilizes input from team members and Joint Health and Safety Committee to choose training courses that will enhance the skill level and safety of all employees.

As a member of our team, you’ll quickly be immersed in exciting, diverse, and impactful work – there aren’t many places where you can get experience on high voltage primary overhead lines, work on 1000MCM feeder cables, string in kilometers of new line, and set 80-foot concrete poles, all within a span of 6 months.

They can easily put themselves in the shoes of a first-year apprentice starting out, remembering how much there is to learn and respecting the fact it takes time.
